I'm exhibiting at one of your expos - Where do I get the set-up info?
Use your login information to access all the information from your account. Set-up hours, information on ordering furniture, electricity, phone & internet service, hotels, as well as other details you may need to know can all be found under Exhibitor Set-up Info once you are logged in.
Can I sell my product at the Expos?
Our expos each have an exclusive retail partner so any products being sold by another vendor at the expo need to be approved by them. Typically, unique products that are not sold by them are not a problem, but you would not be allowed to sell skis or snowboards, ski/snowboard apparel, goggles, and some other snowsports related products. Please send us a link to your webpage with information on your product to receive approval for selling.
I'm exhibiting at one of your expos and would like to sample my food product. Do I need a permit?
Yes, there are certain guidelines that must be followed and in some cases a fee. If you're exhibiting in Boston click here for the info. If you're exhibiting in Denver, click here. Applications for sampling must be submitting at least 3 weeks prior to the first day of the Expo in which you are participating. Please contact us if you have any questions about food product sampling at our expos.
Can I pay for my booth with a credit card?
Yes, when you log in and go to your invoice you will have the option to pay with a credit card.
How do I get credentials when I'm working a booth at one of the Expos?
Log in to your account and click on the Badge Request section for information on credentials and guest tickets and the form to complete for your requested badges/daypasses.
What is the attendance at your expos?
Please visit our demographics page for each city.
I'm exhibiting at one of your expos, do you require a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes, certificates of insurance must be mailed to BEWI Productions Inc., 240 Bear Hill Road Suite 201 Waltham, MA 02451, faxed to 781-890-0534, or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 4 weeks of the start of the expo. Click here for a sample certificate.

What are the dates for your upcoming expos?
Please check the homepage for this year's dates. Dates for next year's expos will be announced at the beginning of next year.
I attended the Expo recently but have not received my Liftopia gift card or magazine yet. When will I get them?
The Liftopia Gift Card will be an e-gift card that will be emailed within 2-3 weeks of the end of the Expo you attended. You must have filled out the e-survey on the tablets in the lobby at the Expo with a valid email address. Only one e-gift card will be sent per email address. If it has been at least 4 weeks and you have not received the email, and have checked your spam folder, please email us from the address you filled out on the survey and which city you attended and we will ask them to resend.
The SKI magazine subscription will begin with the February 2017 issue and is published 4 times per year (Sep - Feb). Skiing will begin with the October 2017 issue and is published 6 times (Sep - Mar). Your subscription will be mailed to the US address you filled out on the tablets at the Expo entrance. If you have not received the first issue of your magazine by the end of the month it is supposed to begin please email us, letting us know which city, which magazine, and confirming your mailing address and we will contact the publisher to make sure your subscription gets started promptly.
What sort of deals will the resorts be offering on season passes or lift tickets?
We do not have the exact details for each individual resort. If you have a question about what a specific resort will be offering please contact them directly.

Are there any employment opportunities with BEWI Productions, Inc.?
While there are currently no openings at BEWI, you are welcome to forward your resume if you think you may be a good candidate for a future opportunity. Regarding temporary employment at our expos, we have a network of friends and family that help out each year so are not usually looking to hire outside help at the expos
